Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping information. If you wish to make a change, please contact our Customer Service department at support@velsorastore.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the parcel has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be modified while the parcel is in transit.

Once your payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail notification to inform you of the order. If payment has been received, the order status will show "Processing" on the order tracking page.
Yes, once we have received your order and payment has been made, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UK usually takes 4-6 working days via Royal Mail or another tracked courier.
Once we ship your order, you should receive a shipping confirmation number within 48 to 72 hours by e-mail to track your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. * If you have just received a shipping notification, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@velsorastore.com before sending anything back. A UK return address will be provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
